THE BASIC DIFFERENCE:

This soup is so tasty!          SO + ADJECTIVE

This is such a tasty soup!  SUCH + ADJECTIVE + NOUN

NOTE 1:

Such as = Like

Leaders like/such as Nelson Mandela, Aung San Suu Kyi and Ghandi are examples to everyone.

NOTE 2:

So many = Countable (Tantos/as)

So much = Uncountable (Tanto/a)

So + adjective = (Tan…)

There’s so much time and so many things to do- Life is so good!!

NOTE 3:
